With two mills in Lancashire, and with a proud reputation that dates back to 1956, the Cormar Carpet Company is a family-run business. With more than 70 vehicles in a fleet that distributes across the UK and to Ireland, Cormar is a multiple award-winning company that was voted “Best Carpet Manufacturer” in 2018 by Interiors Monthly.
The company’s Lancashire sites, Brookhouse Mill and Holme Mill, are backed by a purpose-built distribution centre in Hemel Hempstead in close proximity to the M1, which aids logistics for suppliers who insist on Cormar’s range of carpets to satisfy their own customers.
These are lovingly-made carpets in fine wool or man-made fibres.
The Cormar Carpet Company strives to uphold the highest workmanship and service standards, and is a both a patron and a supporter of Carpet Recycling UK, an initiative that is creating local options for sustainability in manufacture to ease net-importation impacts.
